| Automised Signature Verification |
| In the Intel International science and Engineering Fair jointly organized by Confederation of Indian Industry, Ministry of Science and Technology (CII) and Intel from 14 Dec, 2006. In this global infrastructure, aimed at generating and sharing knowledge and information, we bagged the coveted first position in the Computer Science category for the school project on Automised Signature Verification using geometrical parameters prepared by our students Ravneet Kaur and Harinder Singh and their guide Mr. Anuj Sharma. Further, they were also invited to participate in International Exhibition for Young Inventors (IEYI) held at Pagati Maidan, Delhi where teams from 10 other countries had also participated. |

| University of Toronto Space Design Contest |
| Police DAV Public School is the first Indian School to bag the prize in University of Toronto Space Design Competition held at University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada. The school project Lakshita won the first prize in the junior category. The project Lakshita also got the first prize for Overall Best Presentations and project Mantavaya was awarded the first prize for Overall Best Display. |

| Space Settlements Design Competition (NASA) |

Police DAV Project Coloumbiat bagged the second position and Bellivistat bagged the third position in the Space settlement Design Competiton organized by NASA. Two teams of Police DAV comprising of 6 students in each participated in a conference organized by National Space Society in collaboration with NASA held at Orlando USA. |

| NASA CLOUDSAT PROJECT |
|
The school is among the sicx sxhools from India wh have been given the project of Cloud Observation from ground by NASA. It is an ongoing project in which NASA sends the date and and the time when the satellite passes over the city, then the students send the data to NASA web site. The team was awarded certificates by NASA for their commendable work.
The School also received a recognition certificates from the Globe Programme, NASA. America far its valuable contribution to the NASA Cloud Sat Mission, which is still going on. |

| Police DAV has solemnized a three year partenership with UKIERI - (UK Indian Education Research Initiative) school cluster sponsered by British Council alongwith other school of Punjabs & Chandigarh whch is a joint curriculum project that aims to highlight the inherent similarities and differences in the three existing clusters. |

The Japan East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youth Programme.
It is a matter of great pride that the school was selected by the CBSE to send a student, and a teacher to be a part of JENESYS - The Japan East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youth Programme. Under this exchange programme only 50 students and 2 teachers from CBSE schools accross India were selected to visit Japan under this 10 day exchange programme. |
