1. Admission is open
to the wards of Police personnel mainly. But the
school offers a limited number of seats for
non-police people as well.
2. The open admission is for Nursery
only and the applicants should be 2½ years or
above as on 31-3-200-. Admission for classes LKG
onwards will be done as per the
availability of seats and only after taking into
consideration the results of the previous class.
An Entrance Test will also be held for the
same.
3. The date and time for the
interview shall be given at the time of
registration.
4. Students shall be admitted as per
seats available.
5. Mid-term admission is not made
except in transfer cases. That too if the
student clears the test and there is a seat.
6. Fee will be charged for 12 months
irrespective of the month in which the ward
seeks admission.
7. It is the responsibility of the
parents to confirm :
(a) The date when the list of the selected
candidate will be put up.
(b) The last date for making payments.
(c) The mode of making payments.
8. The school does not take the
responsibility of informing about the selection
or the last date of payment.
9. If the dues are not deposited by the
date notified, the selected candidate forfeits
the seat and the same will be allotted to the
student next in the waiting list.
10. It should be clearly understood that the
admission of a student is not the right of the
parents of student, but is at the sole and
absolute discretion of the school
authorities. The school reserves the right to
admit students only to those classes for which
they have been found fit.
11. The students availing the bus facility are
required to fill up the form for bus facility
and get a bus-pass issued from the school
office. The school management tries to
provide this facility to the maximum number of
students. But travelling in the buses is not the
right of any child. Children will be
picked up only from the specified stops. The
parents should check the stops of the bus before
depositing the dues because no new stop
will be created for their ward. |
